Manjot Singh Mathoda
Manjot Singh Mathoda earned his LL.M. in American Law from Boston University after beginning his legal career in India. He trained under a respected attorney at the Punjab and Haryana High Court, where he gained experience in criminal appellate litigation. Manjot later transitioned his legal path to the United States, where he has accumulated over two and a half years of experience as a law clerk. He is currently preparing to sit for the bar examination and has been a member of Albert Law PLLC since February 2025.
At Albert Law, Manjot supports the firm through detailed legal research, writing, and case management. He is known for his precision, discipline, and ability to handle complex legal issues with care and focus. His prior experience in appellate litigation informs his analytical approach, allowing him to thoughtfully assess legal arguments and contribute meaningfully to case strategy. Manjot approaches each matter with a strong sense of ownership, ensuring that every detail is carefully considered and that clients receive thorough and diligent representation.
Manjot was born and raised in Chandigarh, India, in a Sikh family grounded in the principles of honest work, faith, and service to the community. These values continue to shape both his personal and professional life. From an early age, he demonstrated a strong sense of justice and responsibility—traits that ultimately led him to the legal profession, despite initially aspiring to pursue engineering.
A defining influence on Manjot’s professional philosophy came from his father, who advised him: “In white-collar professions, there is no clock.” Manjot has come to understand this as a call to unwavering dedication, discipline, and a commitment that extends beyond standard working hours. He views the practice of law not merely as a career, but as a responsibility and a calling—one that requires integrity, persistence, and a deep commitment to serving others.
